Albanian Search and Rescue Team Arrives in Türkiye

The search and rescue team sent by the Albanian state arrived in Türkiye.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared photos on social media showing the arrival of the Albanian team that will help Türkiye deal with the consequences of the huge earthquake.

The Albanian government immediately responded to the call for help after the huge earthquake on the border between Türkiye and Syria that caused numerous victims, injuries and significant damage.

An aid mission from the Armed Forces of Albania and the National Civil Protection Agency, consisting of 53 medical personnel, search and rescue specialists and 7 vehicles have already arrived in Türkiye, where they will participate in the operations of search and rescue, to alleviate the consequences of this tragedy.
