Jerusalem, 1 November, 2023 (TPS) -- Palestinians with foreign passports and other foreign nationals at the Rafah border crossing in Gaza waiting to enter Egypt on Nov. 1, 2023 after Cairo opened the crossing for the first time since the Gaza war began on Oct. 7. Injured foreigners arrived in ambulances.
