Israel’s Minister of Defense Meets with New Army Recruits

Jerusalem, 8 April, 2024 (TPS) -- Israel’s Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant met new Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recruits in Tel Aviv at the IDF induction center on Monday as the war against the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza continues. On the previous day, Israel withdrew most of its ground forces from the Gaza Strip. Some reports indicate the withdrawal may just be a redeployment ahead of a planned assault on Gaza’s southernmost city Rafah.
