Azerbaijan’s ICT Sector Hits $2 Billion, Up 8% Year-on-Year

Jerusalem, 16 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Baku (AZERTAC) – The value of services provided by information and communication (ICT) enterprises in Azerbaijan in January-November of this year amounted to 3.4 billion manats ($2 billion).

The State Statistics Committee told AZERTAC that this indicator is 8.1 percent higher than the same period last year. 83 percent of the income received in this area fell to the non-state sector, and 70.7 percent belonged to the population sector.

In November alone, the value of services provided by information and communication enterprises amounted to 344 million manats ($202 million), which is 5.5 percent more than a year ago.

In 2024, the value of services provided by information and communication enterprises in Azerbaijan increased by 11.4 percent compared to 2023, reaching 3.6 billion manats ($2.1 billion).
