Azerbaijani Rope-Fighting Team Claims Gold at Turan Cup

Jerusalem, 4 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) -- Baku (AZERTAC) – The Azerbaijani national rope-fighting team successfully performed at the “Turan Cup” held in Mersin, Turkey.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports told AZERTAC that the team won first place in the mixed (3 girls + 3 boys) categories among youth and adults.

At the same time, Azerbaijan’s national team took second place in the team standings.
