Azerbaijani Student Takes Bronze At International Cybersecurity Competition

Jerusalem, 2 July, 2026 (TPS-IL) -- Baku (AZERTAC) The team representing Azerbaijan achieved a successful result by winning a bronze medal at the International Cybersecurity Olympics held in Tunisia from June 27 to July 2.

The Institute of Education told AZERTAC that Sumuraz Mirzayev, a member of the team and an 11th grade student of the Ruslan Muradov Technical and Humanitarian Lyceum in Mingachevir, was awarded the bronze medal of the Olympiad. He is also the bronze medalist of the republican subject Olympiads in the 2025-2026 academic year.

This year, participants from 20 countries competed in the Olympiad.
