Second Stabbing Attack in Jerusalem Within Hours, One Wounded

Jerusalem, 29 November, 2015 (TPS-IL) -- In a second stabbing attack today in Jerusalem, a woman was stabbed and wounded at around 10:15 AM near the central bus station.

The woman, about 30 years of age and reportedly a Philippine citizen, sustained stab wounds in her back and was lightly to moderately wounded. The attack occurred next to a bus, and she was taken inside the bus to receive medical treatment, before being evacuated to Shaarei Tzedek hospital.

The attacker fled into a nearby construction site, which was put under lockdown. Police searched the area and apprehended a 17-year-old Palestinian who linked himself to the attack.
