Jerusalem, 12 July, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- The Tel Aviv District Court ordered an Israeli suspect to be released to house arrest Thursday after more than two years in police custody.
The minor is suspected of having participated a 2015 firebombing attack on a family home in the Arab village of Duma, in northern Samaria. Three members of the Dawabshe family died in the attack and one was critically wounded. The individual, who was 17-years-old at the time of the attack, is suspected of helping plan the attack but not of actually carrying it out. He is also a suspect in six additional cases involving arson attacks.
All suspects in the case have pleaded innocent.
