IDF hits terror operatives near Syrian border

Jerusalem, 2 August, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- An IDF aircraft fired at armed terror operatives on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights overnight between Wednesday and Thursday, reportedly killing seven operatives. Upon scanning the area this morning, a number of suicide vests and an AK-47 assault rifle were discovered. “The IDF is on high alert and readiness, and is geared up to protect the security of Israel’s civilians,” the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said in a statement.
