Jerusalem, 25 December, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- Former Defense Minister and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen (res.) Moshe ‘Bogi’ Ya’alon announced that he is forming a new political party on Tuesday.

“It is our time to take responsibility,” he wrote on Twitter, “I call upon you to join me and bring hope to Israel.”
Ya’alon served as Defense Minister on behalf of the Likud party from 2013 to 2016, when he resigned in protest of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s decision to hand the role over the Avigdor Liberman and appoint Ya’alon Minister of Foreign Affairs.
