Jerusalem, 1 January, 2019 (TPS-IL) --

The Lod District Court on Tuesday ruled out the admissibility of all the confessions of a boy accused of membership in a Jewish terrorist organization for committing racist crimes, including involvement in arson and property damage at the Church of Dormition in Mount Zion in Jerusalem in 2012. The boy was arrested as part of the investigation into the Duma affair,  but investigators founf that he was not involved in the arson attack that resulted in the deaths of three members of one Palestinian family, including an 18-month-old baby.
