Jewish-Japanese Boy and his Team Win the All Japan Judo Tournament

Jerusalem, 22 September, 2019 (TPS) -- Noah Leibowitz, a Jewish boy who lives in Japan, on Sunday won the Maru-Chan Cup All Japan Judo Tournament, together with and his team, Asahi Dojo. Leibowitz also won the MVP award.
The tournament had no weight categories, and Lebowitz was pitted against much heavier opponents, working his way up to become Japan’s Judo champion.
521 team and 2605 kids competed in the tournament.
Leibowitz previously won the All Japan Wrestling Championship (60 KG, Age 12).
