Islamic Jihad: We will Escalate Our Attacks

Jerusalem, 12 November, 2019 (TPS) -- The Islamic Jihad has threatened to escalate its attacks on Israel later in the day after Bahaa al-Ata, an Islamic Jihad commander who as eliminated by the IDF earlier in the day is buried.
The Islamic has so far fired some 40 rockets at southern Israel and the Tel Aviv area. No Israelis have been injured in the attack. Several of the rockets have been intercepted by the Iron Dome defense systems.
Egypt is reportedly mediating between Israel and Gaza in an attempt to stop the fire, but the Islamic Jihad has told them to stay out of the fray.
