Azerbaijan Salt Production Rises 28% in Early 2026

Jerusalem, 25 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) -- Baku (AZERTAC) – In January-April 2026, 34,879 tons of salt were produced in Azerbaijan. This is 28.3 percent more than in the same period of the previous year.

AZERTAC reports that the State Statistics Committee published information about this.

It should be noted that salt production in the country in January-April 2025 amounted to 27,178.4 tons.
