Azerbaijani Boxers Win Four Gold Medals at CIS Games

Jerusalem, 5 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Yevlakh (AZERTAC) – The CIS Games feature final matches between male boxers in various weight categories.

AZERTAC reports that Azerbaijani national boxer Shahin Aslanov (60 kilograms) won the gold medal after defeating Uzbekistan’s Otabek Nurmahamadov.

Other Azerbaijani boxers also achieved success. Qardash Rahimov (46 kilograms), Ali Aliyev (48 kilograms) and Ali Abasli (52 kilograms) won and added gold medals to the Azerbaijani national team.
