Azerbaijani Police Destroy 1.5 Tons of Wild Hemp

Jerusalem, 22 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- As a result of operational measures carried out by Azerbaijani police officers, 887 wild hemp bushes weighing about 1.5 tons were discovered and destroyed on Monday.

Authorities also seized more than 1.7 kilogram of narcotics.

AZERTAC was informed about this by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Ministry said decisive measures are being taken in that direction.
