Azerbaijan’s State Oil Fund To Increase Gold Reserves to 170 Tons

Jerusalem, 6 March, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Baku (AZERTAC) – The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) plans to increase its gold reserves to 170 tons by April-May 2025.

As of last year, SOFAZ held 146.6 tons of gold, valued at $12.4 billion. The price of gold saw a 27.22% increase in 2024.
