‘Honeyland’ to win best documentary Oscar, predicts the Guardian

‘Honeyland’ will win the Oscar for best documentary feature at Sunday’s Academy Awards, predicts the Guardian’s chief film critic Peter Bradshaw.

He thinks that the film will best fellow nominees  ‘American Factory,’ ‘The Cave,’ ‘The Edge of Democracy,’ and ‘For Sama’.

In the best international feature film category, Bradshaw thinks ‘Honeyland’ will lose to the South Korean film ‘Parasite’.

Other contenders in this category are ‘Corpus Christi, ‘Les Miserables,’ and ‘Pain and Glory’.

The 92nd Academy Awards are set to take place Sunday, Feb. 9.
