Houthi Missile Attack Sends Israelis Scrambling to Shelters
Jerusalem, 27 March, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen fired two ballistic missiles at Israel, triggering sirens in Jerusalem and the central regions on Thursday.
Magen David Adom emergency responders have not reported any initial casualties. Shrapnel reportedly fell in the central Israeli area of Mevo Horon.
The Israel Defense Forces said the two missiles were intercepted before reaching Israeli territory.
