Jerusalem, 28 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) -- In bid to reach out to Iranians, Israel launches Persian Telegram channel
Israel’s intelligence agency, the Mossad, has announced the creation of a Persian-language Telegram channel to allow Israel to communicate directly with the Iranian people during the ongoing conflict.
The language used in the channel is Farsi, spoken by Persians.
In a statement, Mossad wrote, “Our Iranian brothers and sisters….you are not alone….We have launched a super secure and special Telegram channel for you [and] together we will return Iran to its glorious days.”
The new Persian-language channel also urged Iranians to share photos and videos of their “just struggle against the regime.”
At the conclusion of its message, the Mossad wrote that at this moment, all Iranians must “take care of themselves.”
Lastly, the Mossad announcement sought to reassure the Iranian people, noting, “Together we will return Iran to its glorious days.
