Israel, Azerbaijan Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Scientific Cooperation

Jerusalem, 8 April, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- (AZERTAC) – Azerbaijan and Israel signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a cooperation program in the field of science as Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev visited and Israeli Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology Gila Gamliel in Jerusalem.

The ministry told AZERTAC that during the meeting, issues of innovation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cooperation in the fields of space, and improvement of the legislative framework between the two countries were discussed.

Nabiyev invited Israeli technology companies to open offices in Azerbaijan, establish knowledge-based manufacturing facilities, IT training centers, and a Center of Excellence in the field of high technologies.
