Israel Strikes Lebanon After Repeated Missile Fire

Jerusalem, 22 October, 2023 (TPS) -- For the third time on Sunday, the Israel Defense Forces struck Lebanese terror squads that had fired rockets into Israel or were preparing to.

The most recent strike was at midday as terrorist prepared to fire an anti-tank missile at Moshav Zar’it, in the Upper Galilee.

The moshav was the site of Hezbollah’s initial attack in the 2006 Lebanon War.

Earlier in the day, an anti-tank guided missile was fired in the area of Mount Dov, near where the Israeli, Lebanese and Syrian borders converge. No Israeli casualties were reported.

The IDF also struck a Lebanese terror squad preparing to fire a rocket in the area of Moshav Avivim in the Upper Galilee.
