Macedonian Inventor Patents New Kind of Cloth Mask Against Covid-19
Jerusalem, 21 October, 2020 (TPS) -- Skopje, 21 October 2020 (MIA) — A member of the National Association of Inventors of Macedonia has obtained a patent on a cloth mask that “solves the problem of people’s aversion to mask-wearing,” according to the NAIM.
The mask enables wearers to breathe in fresh air through the cloth covering their noses, and breathe out the air through special plastic channels outside the mask. It can be washed (after removing the outside parts to disinfect them separately), and provides protection against Covid-19, according to the NAIM press release.
The mask will be promoted at the EU Info Center at 12:40 pm during an event supported by the Ministry of Health.
