PNP’s operations included 27 relief operations that benefitted nearly 2,000 individuals, as well as security and peacekeeping in 32,265 evacuation centers housing almost 600,000 displaced residents.
Police units are also engaged in road clearing, medical aid, evacuation assistance, and ensuring orderly relief distribution.
To sustain operations, the PNP has prepositioned reserve forces, fuel, food, and medical supplies, while rotating deployed personnel to avoid fatigue.
