Three Terrorists Arrested for Series of Attacks on Israeli Civilians and Soldiers
Jerusalem, 26 March, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Israeli security forces apprehended three individuals involved in a series of violent terror attacks targeting civilians and soldiers over the past two years, the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) announced on Wednesday.
The suspects are charged with planting improvised explosive devices, throwing firebombs and tar at civilian vehicles, and throwing stones at Israeli soldiers in 2023 and 2024.
In one attack in January 2024, the suspects threw stones and tar-filled bottles at a bus carrying 30 passengers. The driver was injured, but managed to stop the bus before it was about to careen into a valley.
In an August 2024 attack, the suspects filled a gas cylinder with explosives and blew it up near an Israeli community.
