Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attends festivity for children with Down syndrome

A New Year celebration for children with Down syndrome has been held at the Rehabilitation Center for People with Down Syndrome.

Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.

Leyla Aliyeva talked to children who undergo treatment at the Center and posed for photos together with them.
