Flooded Tunnel Causes One Death in Haifa Bay

A 74-year-old died after his car was trapped in a flooded tunnel. He was found unconscious, with soaked clothes. He died after bring originally sent to the Rambam hospital, though it is still unknow whether due to the hypothermia or drowning.
