IDF exposes tunnel from Lebanese village into Israel

IDF soldiers have expose a tunnel leading from Kileh, a village in southern Lebanon into Israel, as part of Operation Northern Shield. Efforts have begun to demolish it.

Bennett: ‘Tunnel destruction is crucial’

Education Minister Naftali Bennett: “Hezbollah has been digging tunnels into Israeli territory for a long time. Exposing and destroying the tunnels is crucial and warranted. I congratulate the IDF on their quality intelligence work and the engineering activity that began, and which will continue for as long as needed in order to destroy them.”

IDF issues warning to Hezbollah

IDF Arabic Spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an Arabic warning to Hezbollah operatives as well as civilians of Southern Lebanon in via Twitter on Tuesday, warning them to stay away from the terror tunnels the IDF is currently demolishing, adding that any one who does not comply is putting themselves in danger.
