Hamas warns that it will resume hostilities
A senior Hamas official has threatened that the terror organization would resume its hostilities against Israel if it further delays the steps agreed upon in ceasefire deal with Israel. The statement was made during an interview with the Bahrain-based Al-Ayam newspaper.
Vietnam Airlines to start direct flights to Israel
Vietnam Airlines has announced that it will start direct flights to Israel from September 2019.
The airline will fly to Tel Aviv twice a week.
According to Walla, Vietnam Airlines CEO Thanh Tri Duong visited Israel earlier this month for meetings about the inauguration of flights, in which he also signed a code-sharing agreement with El Al .
Hidden camera discovered near Shin Bet head’s home
A secret camera was discovered by the entrance to the home of Nadav Argaman – the head of Israel’s Security Agency (Shin Bet), Israel’s Yedioth Ahronoth reported on Thursday.
According to the report, though Argaman’s home was under surveillance for a few days, the camera was installed by a civilian contractor and did not pertain to his duties as head of the Shin Bet. The installer of the camera was questioned by the Israeli Police but no legal action was taken against him.
Both the Shin Bet and Israeli Police refused to comment on the matter.
Security forces demolish Samaria outpost
Security forces arrived at the Geulat Tzion outpost south of Nablus on Thursday morning, and demolished the three illegally constructed buildings on site.
Sara Netanyahu to represent Israel in Guatamala
The Prime Minister’s wife, Sara Netanyahu will be heading a delegation to Guatemala in December, where she will be inaugurating a program to help children in need along with Guatemala’s First Lady Patricia Marroquín, who invited Netanyahu.
Sara Netanyahu will be joined by representatives of Israel’s Foreign Ministry.
