Arab groups file suit against Nation-State Law
Adalah, the Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel majority appealed to the High Court of Justice Tuesday to strike down the Nation-State Law. The petition, which represents the Joint List political party and the Higher Arab Monitoring Committee, charges that the law is “racist” and “harms the rights of the Arab community.”
Palestinians open fire at IDF troops from northern Gaza
IDF tanks responded to a cross-border shooting Tuesday by Palestinians in the northern section of the Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said. The IDF Spokesman’s Unit said that no Israelis were wounded in the exchange and added that the IDF would continue to respond to any attempts to harm Israeli forces.
Palestinian sources said that two people were killed.

Liberman: “US President Donald Trump altered course on Iran”
Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman praised US President Donald Trump’s “courageous decision” to impose renewed economic sanctions on Iran just hours before they were due to take.
“The sanctions imposed by the US Administration against Iran are now in the process of coming into force,” liberman wrote. “In a courageous decision which will be remembered for generations, US US President Donald Trump altered course on Iran. Misguided agreements and appeasement have been replaced by a resolute campaign to stop the murderous regime of the ayatollahs, that spreads terror, violence and hatred throughout the entire Middle East.”
