Israelis Demand Release of Soldiers Accused of Abusing Prisoners

Jerusalem, 11 August, 2024 (TPS) -- Israelis protest outside the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) base in Beit Lid where a military court on Sunday ordered an extension until Tuesday of five soldiers suspected of abusing under “aggravated circumstances.” The protestors want the soldiers released and the charges dropped.
