Two generations of warriors

Jerusalem, 25 November, 2018 (TPS) -- Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot hugs his son Staff Seargent G. during a combat exercise of the IDF Commando Brigade. The brigade’s three units, Maglan, Duvdevan and Egoz are taking part in a 10-day drill simulating combat on two fronts, the north, against Hezbollah, and in the south, against Hamas.

“The Commando Brigade, set up three years ago,  is an new operative tool  that can provide solutions to a wide range of challenges and threats,” said the brigade’s commander Colonel Kobi Heller.  “The drill proves that the Commando Brigade is ready for any scenario and any enemy.”
