Body of Terrorist Who Stabbed Two Jerusalem Police Officers

Jerusalem, 30 April, 2024 (TPS) -- Security forces take away the dead body of the terrorist who stabbed two Border Police officers near Herod’s Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem Tuesday. The terrorist was identified as a Turkish tourist. He was killed after being shot by Israeli security forces on the scene of the attack.

One of the two attack victims was reported to have been moderately wounded.

The wounded officer, in his 30s, was evacuated to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Centre conscious and in moderate condition with stab wounds in the upper part of his body.

“We saw a 30-year-old man sitting while fully conscious and suffering from a stab wound in his upper body. We gave him medical treatment and he was taken to the hospital in moderate condition,” said Magen David Adom emergency medic Benny Libeskind.
