Celebration in Memory of the Kabbalistic Sage Known as the Baba Sali

Jerusalem, 2 February, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- People hold a celebration at the grave of the Baba Sali – Rabbi Israel Abuhatzeira – on the 41st anniversary of his death. His grave is located in the southern town Sderot.
The Baba Sali was a kabbalistic rabbi with a significant following in his memory is celebrated every year in what is known as a “Hilula.”
