Chanukah Candle Lighting at The Western Wall

Jerusalem, 26 December, 2019 (TPS) -- Hundreds attended the traditional candle lighting ceremony on Monday night at the Western Wall in Jerusalem.

The candle-lighting ceremony was led by Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitch, Rabbi of the Western Wall and the Holy Sites of Israel.

The lighting was dedicated to Holocaust survivors, 200 of which attended the ceremony.

Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Jerusalem Aryeh Stern and Education Minister Rabbi Rafi Peretz also attended.
