Israel Is Recovering from an Extended Purim Holiday

Jerusalem, 17 March, 2025 (TPS-IL) -- Israelis are getting over a big hangover after the three-day weekend to celebrate the Purim holiday. Purim fell on Friday and Jerusalem celebrates a day later; however, since this year that fell on the Sabbath the festivities were deferred until Sunday.
This woman took part in the annual Jerusalem Purim parade on Sunday.
