Israeli Court Hears Petition from Palestinian Authority Against Terror Victims Compensation

Jerusalem, 4 August, 2024 (TPS) -- Hearing in a Jerusalem Court on petitions submitted by the Palestinian Authority to overturn Israel’s Law on Compensation for Victims of Terrorism and of Hostilities that were approved by the Knesset last March. The law allows victims of terrorism and their families to receive compensation out of funds that Israel transfers to the Palestinian Authority.
