Israeli Security Forces Prepare for Possible Escalation by Hezbollah

Jerusalem, 9 April, 2024 (TPS) -- Israel Defense Forces (IDF) work together with other security forces and emergency responders, such as fire fighters, together with civilians in an exercise at Kibbutz Amir in the Upper Galilee region simulating mass casualties from a rocket barrage launched by Hezbollah terrorists.

Training exercises such as this are being conducted under the continued launching of rockets indiscriminately at Israeli cities by Hezbollah terrorists from bases in Lebanon. There is also a heightened state of security in the north of Israel as many expect a wider conflict to break out with Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy.
