Koshering Dishes for Passover (with a flame)

Jerusalem, 12 April, 2022 (TPS-IL) -- – Kashrut rules for Passover – Pesach – are more stringent than for the rest of the year. If one does not have extra sets of dishes and utensils that they use just for the holiday, they must “kosher” their dishes, pots, etc. in boiling water so that they can be used on Pesach.
But in the case of certain items, such as frying pans, they can only be made kosher with an open flame as seen above.
