Jerusalem, 24 April, 2022 (TPS) -- Moroccan Jews in Israel celebrate the Mimouna festival with the end of Passover. Every year after the holiday on which no unleavened bread may be eaten, the custom is to immediately bake cakes and other items as soon as the sun sets and eat them as part of the celebration.
