Netanyahu Plants Tree at Knesset Plaza in Honor of Tu B’Shvat

Jerusalem, 22 January, 2019 (TPS) -- Prime Minister Netanyahu and Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein on Monday planted a tree at the Knesset Plaza in honor of Tu B’Shvat and the Knesset’s 70th birthday.

Disabled Knesset employees participated as well.

“Every person is special. Each and everyone has his or her soul, your special souls, of human beings. We respect every person as such and we are proud of you, our Knesset employees. A happy Tu B’Shvat and a happy holiday for the Israeli Knesset,” Netanyahu stated.
