Passover Is Coming

Jerusalem, 27 March, 2024 (TPS) -- Now that the Purim holiday is over, people begin preparations for the Passover holiday which begins Monday night April 22. This includes baking Matzo.

Here Ultra-Orthodox men bake special Matzos called “Shmurah” for the Passover holiday at the Israeli factory in Jerusalem. Traditional handmade Matzah Shmurah is made from wheat, which is guarded from the time that it is harvested and is recommended for Seder use.
