President of Israel Isaac Herzog Speaks at Memorial Day Opening Ceremonies

Jerusalem, 13 May, 2024 (TPS) -- President of Israel Isaac Herzog spoke at the at the Kotel Plaza – the Western Wall – in the old City of Jerusalem Sunday night at a ceremony opening Memorial Day (Yom Hazikaron) a 24 hour period of national mourning for Israeli fallen soldiers and victims of hostile terror.
