Protestors for and Against Aid Shipments to Gaza Face Off Sunday

Jerusalem, 19 May, 2024 (TPS) -- The Israel Police needed to keep separate two groups of protestors at the Tarqumiyah crossing in southern Israel: Religious school girls who came out to try and block the passage of trucks carrying aid to Gaza because they want the aid shipments halted until all of Israel’s hostages still held in Gaza are released and activists from “Standing Together” (seen in the distance in purple) who support the transfer of the aid.
