Sometimes Israeli Protests Can Get Out of Hand

Jerusalem, 19 June, 2024 (TPS) -- Dozens of Israelis protested while blocking a major road in the area of the Nahalat Yitzhak Cemetery in Givatayim – outside Tel Aviv – where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu participated in a memorial annual memorial ceremony there.

The protesters called for an immediate election. Police arrested four protesters on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
