Winter Approaches Tel Aviv

Jerusalem, 4 December, 2019 (TPS) -- Heavy clouds approached Tel Aviv on Tuesday, after a long period with very little rainfall.

November has been exceptionally hot and dry, with many areas seeing only 20% of the typical rainfall for the month.
