IDF Seals Home Of Perpetrator of Car-Ramming Attack

Jerusalem, 8 March, 2016 (TPS) -- In accordance with the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria, IDF Forces and Border Policemen overnight March the 8th, sealed the home of Ibrahim Samir Saqafi who committed a car-ramming attack November 4, 2015 that killed Border Policeman Binyamin Yaakovovitz.
