5 Muslims Arrested in Jerusalem Riots

Jerusalem, 19 April, 2021 (TPS) -- Tens of Muslims rioted outside Sha’ar Shechem (Damascus Gate) at the entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem on Sunday night, as they have on previous nights during the month of Ramadan.
The rioters threw rocks at the police and launched fireworks toward them.
The police arrested five of the rioters.
Similar clashes have occurred on most nights since the beginning of the Muslim month of Ramadan.
