Arab groups file suit against Nation-State Law

Jerusalem, 7 August, 2018 (TPS-IL) -- Adalah, the Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel majority appealed to the High Court of Justice Tuesday to strike down the Nation-State Law. The petition, which represents the Joint List political party and the Higher Arab Monitoring Committee, charges that the law is “racist” and “harms the rights of the Arab community.”
