Barkan terrorist killed in IDF, Shin Bet operation
The IDF and Shin Bet have shot and killed Ashraf Naalwa, the 23-year-old Barkan terrorist, the Shin Bet confirmed early on Thursday morning.
During the operation, a gunfight took place in an apartment in Nablus, northern Samaria, where Naalwa was hiding in which he was killed.
On October 7, 23-year-old Ashraf Naalwa, from the town of Shweika in northern Samaria murdered two Israelis – 28-year-old Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel and 35-year-old Ziv Hajbi – at Alon recycling factory located in the Barkan Industrial Zone in a terrorist attack.
Naalwa who had previously worked at the factory for seven months, forced an Arab cleaner to tie up his victims at gunpoint, and then shot them both at point blank range. He later shot and injured a third employee.
He had been on the run until now.
